WE ARE GROWING: IN THE MARKET. AS A TEAM. THROUGH OUR CHALLENGES. GROW WITH US!

At Televic Rail, we have a clear mission: we develop and deliver innovative, reliable passenger information and communication systems for the global rail market. For more than 40 years, we have been designing, manufacturing, programming and maintaining fully integrated hardware and software systems for rail applications – with passion and expertise.

Today, our technology is deployed in more than 60,000 vehicles worldwide, with new installations added every day. Innovation, agility, customer focus and sustainability are the driving forces behind everything we do.

Become part of Televic Rail and actively help shape the future of passenger information. Your enthusiasm and expertise are key to inspiring our customers and making the rail industry even smarter.

PDM AUDIO & LED – WHERE EMBEDDED SOFTWARE MEETS CONNECTED COMMUNICATION

As part of our product team, you will develop embedded software for Linux-based devices used in the rail industry. A key focus is the further development of our TRACS audio system: distributed devices that communicate across train networks, exchange data and stream audio.

Your role goes beyond developing an existing codebase. You will translate specific requirements from customer projects into sustainable product features, contribute your own ideas and actively shape our products together with international colleagues.

WHAT WE OFFER

At Televic, it is not just about writing code, but about developing software that becomes a long-term part of our products and is used every day across the international rail industry.

What you can look forward to:

  • Technology & Development: A high degree of ownership in product development, exciting embedded technologies and plenty of room to bring your own ideas to life.
  • Flexibility & Benefits: 30 days of annual leave, a 13th salary, flexible working hours, remote work options and subsidies for public transport, JobRad or an on-site parking space.
  • International & Meaningful: Collaboration with international development teams on software solutions used in rail vehicles worldwide.
  • Culture & Collaboration: Short decision-making paths, open technical exchange and an environment where new technologies and innovative approaches are genuinely encouraged.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.
