Dein Job

  • Kaufmännische und vertragliche Steuerung von komplexen Architektur-Projekten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Projektleitung sowie Unterstützung des Projektteams
  • Erstellung von vertragsrelevantem Schriftverkehr und Nachtragsangeboten nach HOAI sowie Leistungssollbewertung anhand des Vertrages / der HOAI zur Rechnungslegung
  • Unterstützung bei der projektbezogenen Vertragserstellung, Prüfung und Verhandlung von Verträgen einschließlich Änderungsmanagement sowie Vertragsmanagement für Nachunternehmerleistungen
  • Controlling der Verträge sowohl auf Kunden- als auch auf Nachunternehmerseite, Mitverantwortung für den wirtschaftlichen Erfolg des Projektes
  • Mitwirkung bei der Projektakquise: Erstellen von Honorarangeboten und Beschaffung von Nachunternehmerleistungen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Sicherung des Projekterfolges - wirtschaftlich uns inhaltlich
  • Qualitätskontrolle der projektbezogenen Daten in den kaufmännischen Systemen, Durchführung von finanziellen Analysen und Reviews

Dein Profil

Du bist eine Persönlichkeit mit Durchsetzungskraft, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, ausgeprägter Umsatz-orientierung und sehr guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten. Zudem bringst Du eine selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und folgende fachliche Kompetenzen mit:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Projektmanagement bzw. -steuerung in der Baubranche
  • Erfahrung im wirtschaftlichen Handling von anspruchsvollen (Groß-)Bauprojekten
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
