Robinson Valsjön är en mindre grundskola i natursköna Valsjön i Åkersberga. Hos oss arbetar vi nära eleverna med fokus på trygghet, goda relationer och att ge varje elev möjlighet att utvecklas utifrån sina förutsättningar.

Vi har en tydlig profil mot utepedagogik, friluftsliv och upplevelsebaserat lärande, där naturen och vår närmiljö är en naturlig del av verksamheten.

Om tjänsten

Vi söker nu en engagerad, trygg och relationsskapande fritidsledare, elevresurs eller barnskötare som vill bli en del av vårt team.

Tjänsten innebär ett varierat arbete inom både skola och fritidshem. Under skoldagen arbetar du som elevresurs och stöttar elever individuellt, i klass eller i mindre grupper. Du behöver ha förståelse för elever med olika behov, särskilt elever med NPF, och kunna skapa struktur, trygghet och goda förutsättningar för lärande.

På fritidshemmet är du delaktig i att planera, genomföra och utveckla en meningsfull och varierad verksamhet med fokus på elevernas intressen, rörelse, kreativitet och sociala utveckling.

Vi söker dig som gärna tar initiativ, tycker om att vara aktiv tillsammans med eleverna och ser möjligheterna i att använda både inomhus- och utomhusmiljöer i det pedagogiska arbetet.

Arbetsuppgifter

  • Planera och genomföra aktiviteter inom fritidshemmet.
  • Stötta elever i undervisningen, både individuellt och i grupp.
  • Möta elever med NPF och andra stödbehov med ett tryggt och tydligt förhållningssätt.
  • Skapa struktur, förutsägbarhet och goda relationer.
  • Stärka elevernas självständighet och sociala utveckling.
  • Bidra till trygghet och studiero under hela skoldagen.
  • Samarbeta med lärare, elevhälsa och övriga pedagoger.
  • Vara delaktig i skolans utomhuspedagogiska verksamhet.

Du är initiativrik, kreativ och ansvarstagande, tycker om att samarbeta och vill bidra till att utveckla verksamheten.

Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet av arbete inom skola eller fritidshem och av att möta elever med NPF.

Kvalifikationer

Utbildning som barnskötare, fritidsledare, elevassistent, socialpedagog eller motsvarande är meriterande.

Vi lägger stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet, erfarenhet och förhållningssätt.
