Precisamos cubrir una posición de administrativo/a en Valencia.

Funciones: - Apoyo general y secretariado (manejo de Office)

- Gestión de Compras (realización de pedidos y figura de contacto con Compras)

- Gestión RRHH Zona Este: P01, P02, P03, apoyo en procesos de selección, etc.

- Figura de apoyo a la Dirección para la gestión de temas de PRL y medioambientales, en coordinación con estos departamentos

- Comunicaciones con Ayuntamientos, atención de llamadas y gestión de escritos por sede electrónica, así como contestaciones a reclamaciones si se da el caso

- Apoyos en la elaboración de liquidaciones ayuntamientos y cierres mensuales y facturación electrónica ayuntamientos y clientes

- Atención a clientes, Ayuntamientos y personal subordinado

- Apoyos para la elaboración de presentaciones con información para potenciales clientes (powerpoint)

- Gestión interna de residentes, denuncias, recaudaciones de centros estivales (L’Ametlla por lo menos, y los que puedan surgir en función de las necesidades o disponibilidad)

REQUISITOS:

- Formación mínima a nivel de Bachillerato o FP Administrativo

- Buen conocimiento de Informática a nivel de usuario: exploración y gestión de archivos y carpetas, así como del correo electrónico y navegación por Internet

- Conocimiento de Office, sobre todo Excel y Word, y también Powerpoint

- “Don de gentes” para atención a usuarios, ayuntamientos y personal de la empresa

- Capacidad de teletrabajo para realizar gestiones en remoto con los compañeros de otras regiones (Cataluña, Baleares, centros de negocio fuera de la ciudad Valencia)

Información adicional: - 40 horas semanales - Contrato indefinido - Salario según convenio
