Bij Zeeuws Mediacentrum (locatie Goes) zoeken we een enthousiaste medewerker telefonische verkoop die kansen ziet én weet te benutten. Je vindt het leuk om met ondernemers in gesprek te gaan, denkt commercieel en haalt voldoening uit het behalen van resultaten. Wat we vooral zoeken? Een gedreven collega met overtuigingskracht, doorzettingsvermogen en plezier in het verkoopvak.

Wat ga je doen?

Als medewerker telefonische verkoop help je ondernemers en organisaties om lokaal zichtbaar te worden. Je benadert potentiële klanten en brengt onze verschillende advertentiemogelijkheden onder de aandacht, bijvoorbeeld in onze lokale nieuwsbladen en op onze nieuwssites.

Je werkt aan afwisselende projecten, zoals onze Carrièrekrant, Woonspecial, Onderwijsspecial en Felicitatiepagina’s, maar ook de verkoop voor onze huis-aan-huistitels. Hierdoor heb je steeds een nieuwe aanleiding om ondernemers te benaderen en commerciële kansen te benutten.

Het grootste deel van je werkdag (ongeveer 80%) bestaat uit telefonische verkoop. Daarnaast onderhoud je contact met collega's, volg je commerciële kansen op en zorg je ervoor dat je administratie op orde is.

Je bent enthousiast, resultaatgericht en krijgt energie van het overtuigen van (potentiële) klanten. Je houdt van een commerciële uitdaging en wilt steeds het beste uit jezelf halen. Een paar keer 'nee' horen? Daar laat jij je niet door tegenhouden. Met dezelfde energie pak je de telefoon weer op.

Daarnaast:

  • heb je minimaal mbo werk- en denkniveau;
  • heb je minimaal 3 jaar commerciële werkervaring;
  • ben je communicatief sterk, klantgericht en overtuigend;
  • werk je zelfstandig en ben je gedreven om resultaten te behalen;
  • heb je affiniteit met nieuwsmedia en lokaal ondernemerschap;
  • ben je competitief ingesteld en zie je kansen om eerdere verkoopresultaten te verbeteren.
