  • A collaborative approach to building engineering capability and sharing knowledge

As a Senior Network Software Engineering Specialist, you’ll demonstrate Telstra’s Big 3 behaviours in how you lead, collaborate and deliver:

  • Look Beyond – See the big picture when making technical and investment decisions, strive for customers by connecting engineering choices to meaningful outcomes, and learn and adapt as network, cloud and AI technologies evolve.
  • Work as One – Listen first to different technical and business perspectives, speak up with your expertise and recommendations, and align and commit with teams, stakeholders and vendors to deliver shared outcomes.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
