Role Description

Position Purpose

As a Talent Management Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, managing, and nurturing influencer and content creator partnerships. You will act as the key liaison between influencers and brands, ensuring smooth collaboration, contract negotiations, and strategic talent development. This role requires strong relationship management, negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the digital content ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Identify and onboard influencers, creators, and digital talents aligned with brand objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with talent, ensuring long-term collaboration.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for influencers, managing all communication and agreements.

2. Campaign & Collaboration Management

  • Coordinate influencer partnerships, ensuring seamless execution of brand campaigns.
  • Work closely with marketing and content teams to align talent with campaign goals.
  • Provide strategic input to optimize influencer engagement and content performance.

3. Talent Growth & Development

  • Guide influencers in personal brand development and content strategy.
  • Provide coaching and insights to enhance their reach and engagement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and provide opportunities for talent to grow within the digital space.

4. Contract & Negotiation Management

  • Handle contract negotiations, ensuring fair agreements for both influencers and brands.
  • Oversee compliance with campaign deliverables, timelines, and partnership terms.
  • Work with legal and finance teams to manage talent payments and contractual obligations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in talent management, influencer relations, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing trends and content creation strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • English proficiency is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Ability to multitask, manage multiple partnerships, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills

  • Experience in influencer/talent contract negotiations and partnership management.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to talent selection and campaign performance.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, content marketing, and digital trends.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and performance tracking tools.
