Temasek Foundation (TF) supports a diverse range of programmes that connect people, uplift communities, protect our planet, and advance capabilities in Singapore, Asia and beyond. TF’s programmes, made possible through philanthropic endowments gifted by Temasek, strive to achieve positive outcomes for individuals and communities now, and for generations to come.
Our goal is to ensure every generation can thrive and prosper. That’s why we place great emphasis on giving every child a good start to life, to help build a strong foundation for the future. This includes access to health care and nutrition, protection from harm and a sense of security, opportunities for early learning, and responsive caregiving, in line with UN Sustainable Development Goals 3 and 4. A good start in life begins with ensuring maternal health throughout pregnancy, childbirth, and the postnatal period. This must be followed by access to quality healthcare and nurturing care for infants, ensuring optimal physical growth, cognitive development, andsocio-emotional well-being during the critical early years of life.
TF collaborates with partner organisations to extend grants to catalyse innovative solutions to advance the ecosystem for maternal and child health (MCH). Supported programmes should be outcomes-oriented and able to achieve impact at scale.
