The posting

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Dortmund suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Termin einen Werkstudent für die Automatisierung und Prüftechnik (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Mitarbeit bei der Konzeption, dem Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung automatisierter Prüf- und Messaufbauten
  • Unterstützung bei der Auswahl und Integration von Sensoren, Aktoren und Steuerungskomponenten
  • Mitarbeit beim elektrischen und mechanischen Aufbau im Rahmen deiner Qualifikation und unter fachlicher Anleitung
  • Aufbau und Verdrahtung von Schaltschränken, Bediengehäusen und elektrischen Baugruppen
  • Installation und Verkabelung von Sensoren, Kamerasystemen, Beleuchtungen, Aktoren und Antriebskomponenten
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Pflege von Schaltplänen, Anschlussübersichten und technischer Dokumentation
  • Unterstützung bei der Inbetriebnahme von Maschinen, Prüfständen und Automatisierungssystemen
  • Durchführung von Funktionstests, Messungen und Fehlersuchen an elektrischen Anlagen
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Sicherheits- und Energiekonzepten
  • Aufbau von Prototypen für KI-gestützte Prüf- und Inspektionssysteme
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Konstruktion und KI-Entwicklung bei der Integration von Hard- und Softwarelösungen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung bestehender Anlagen und Entwicklung neuer Automatisierungskonzepte
  • Laufendes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik, Mechatronik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Idealerweise abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Elektroniker für Automatisierungstechnik, Elektroniker für Betriebstechnik, Energieanlagenelektroniker, Mechatroniker oder in einem vergleichbaren technischen Beruf
  • Praktische Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Verdrahtung elektrischer oder mechatronischer Systeme sowie im Umgang mit Werkzeugen und Messgeräten
  • Kenntnisse im Lesen von Schaltplänen sowie Interesse an Sensorik, Aktorik und Steuerungstechnik
  • Kenntnisse in SPS-Programmierung, Python oder vergleichbaren Anwendungen sind von Vorteil
  • Sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit Sinn für saubere Ausführung, Sicherheit und nachvollziehbare Dokumentation
  • Interesse an Automatisierungstechnik, Robotik, industrieller Bildverarbeitung und KI-Anwendungen
  • Bereitschaft, technische Fragen frühzeitig abzustimmen und bei Bedarf fachliche Unterstützung einzuholen
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Hands-on-Mentalität
