Wir suchen für unser Team in Berlin - Tempelhof ab sofort

Projektmanager (m/w/d) Technische Ausrüstung (TGA)

Vollzeit 40h | ab sofort

Als Projektmanager (m/d/w) mit dem Schwerpunkt TGA sind Sie in Ihrer Rolle als Bauherrenvertretung gemeinsam im Team verantwortlich für den Neubau der gesamten technischen Infrastruktur des ehemaligen Flughafens Tempelhof - einem der größten Baudenkmäler Europas.

Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben gehören hierbei:

  • Projektmanagement für anspruchsvolle Neubau- und Sanierungsvorhaben im Denkmalbestand für die Technische Ausrüstung im Gebäude und in den Außenanlagen (DIN 276, KG 400, 550).
  • Konzeption von kreativen Lösungen für die Technische Ausrüstung innerhalb unterschiedlichster Projekte in enger Abstimmung mit den Kolleg:innen aus den Bau-, Property- und Facility Management.
  • Steuerung und Überwachung der baulichen und technischen Leistungserbringung, insbesondere im Rahmen der team- und bereichsübergreifenden Projektarbeit, über sämtliche Leistungsstufen der ABau (Allgemeine Anweisung für die Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Bauaufgaben Berlins).
  • Koordination und Projektbegleitung externer Projektsteuerer, Generalplaner und Planungsbüros sowie Realisierungsdienstleister.
  • Übernahme der Budgetplanung, Angebots- und Rechnungsprüfung sowie des Projektcontrollings.
  • Perspektivisch besteht die Möglichkeit zur Übernahme von Führungsaufgaben.

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Gebäudeausrüstung / Versorgungstechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation z.B. als Techniker.
  • Erfahrung auf dem Gebiet der Planung und Objektüberwachung der Technischen Ausrüstung und im Controlling von Großprojekten.
  • Erfahrung im Rahmen der team- und bereichsübergreifenden Projektarbeit auf dem Gebiet dokumentenbasierter und virtueller Zusammenarbeit (sharepoint).
  • Grundlegendes Verständnis für ERP-, CAFM- und Anlagenkennzeichnungssysteme.
  • Lösungsorientierte und strategische Denkweise sowie ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Auftrittskompetenz.
  • Kenntnisse über einschlägige Verordnungen nach VOB, HOAI und ABau.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
