Tempest Security söker nu en Receptionistväktare till ett uppdrag i Stockholm där du får en viktig roll i att skapa en välkomnande, trygg och professionell miljö för besökare, studenter och medarbetare. Vi söker dig som brinner för service, trivs med många kontaktytor och har förmågan att hantera både administrativa uppgifter och säkerhetsrelaterade arbetsmoment med hög kvalitet. Om rollen Som Receptionistväktare blir du den naturliga första kontakten för besökare, studenter och medarbetare. Du ansvarar för att receptionen håller en hög servicenivå samtidigt som du bidrar till en trygg och säker verksamhet. Arbetsuppgifterna omfattar bland annat: Ta emot och vägleda besökare Hantera inkommande samtal och e-post Administrera behörigheter, passerkort och bokningar Arbeta i olika administrativa system Ge service och stöd till verksamhetens medarbetare och besökare Samverka med fastighets- och säkerhetsfunktioner Säkerställa att receptionsområdet är representativt och välkomnande Hantera säkerhetsrelaterade uppgifter enligt kundens rutiner och instruktioner

Vi söker dig som Är van att arbeta i Microsoft Office (Word, Excel och Outlook) Har god systemvana, gärna erfarenhet av ARX, Topdesk eller liknande plattformar Har tidigare erfarenhet från reception, kundservice, bevakning eller annan servicefunktion Är serviceinriktad och har ett professionellt bemötande Talar och skriver svenska och engelska obehindrat Trivs med att arbeta både självständigt och tillsammans med kollegor Är lösningsorienterad, flexibel och anpassningsbar Har förmåga att behålla lugn och struktur även under intensiva perioder Har möjlighet att arbeta sittande i reception under större delen av arbetsdagen Har fullständig väktarutbildning (VU1 och VU2)

Meriterande Tidigare erfarenhet från högskole- eller universitetsmiljö Erfarenhet av passersystem och behörighetsadministration Erfarenhet av arbete inom säkerhets- eller bevakningsbranschen
