Vi søger 2 barselsvikarer på ca. 20 timer om ugen:

Barselsvikariat 1 Opstart: slut november 2026 Vikariatet løber frem til 11. oktober 2027

Barselsvikariat 2 Opstart: januar 2027 Vikariatet løber frem til midt november 2027

Dine arbejdsopgaver vil bl.a. være: • Besvare telefon, mails og SMS • Have den daglige kontakt med vores kunder og vikarer • Hjælpe med at finde og matche de rette vikarer til vores kunder • Følge op på bemanding og ændringer • Hjælpe med de forskellige opgaver, der løbende kommer ind i løbet af dagen

Arbejdstiden ligger primært mellem kl. 9.00–17.00, med en enkelt dag, hvor arbejdsdagen starter kl. 6.00.

Derudover indgår du i telefonvagt hver anden weekend kl. 10.00–16.00, hvor du skal være tilgængelig, hvis telefonen ringer.

Du kommer ikke til at stå alene med ansvaret. Den daglige ledelse har det overordnede ansvar og kan altid kontaktes, hvis du har brug for hjælp eller er i tvivl om noget.

Vi leder efter dig, der: • Er glad for at tale med mennesker • Er serviceminded og imødekommende • Kan holde styr på flere ting på én gang • Er god til at finde løsninger • Er stabil og fleksibel • Har almindeligt flair for IT og hurtigt kan lære nye systemer

Erfaring fra vikarbranchen er en fordel, men ikke et krav. Vi sørger selvfølgelig for, at du bliver sat godt ind i arbejdsopgaverne.
