Estamos em busca de um(a) Especialista Tributário para atuar como referência técnica na área fiscal e tributária, garantindo a conformidade das obrigações tributárias da companhia, apoiando decisões estratégicas do negócio e contribuindo para a mitigação de riscos e geração de valor para a organização.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAssegurar o acompanhamento da legislação tributária aplicável as operações da companhia, analisando alterações legais e orientando as áreas impactadas;Elaborar estudos e análises tributárias para suporte às operações e tomadas de decisão, avaliando riscos, oportunidades e impactos fiscais;Desenvolver controles relacionados a créditos tributários e estudos fiscais, estruturando indicadores e ferramentas de monitoramento;Garantir a correta apuração dos tributos diretos e indiretos, incluindo adequações decorrentes da Reforma Tributária;Controlar o cumprimento das obrigações tributárias principais e acessórias, assegurando conformidade com prazos e exigências legais;Atender auditorias internas, externas e fiscalizações, fornecendo informações, análises técnicas e suporte especializado;Implementar melhorias nos processos tributários, promovendo automação, eficiência operacional e padronização de procedimentos;Apoiar tecnicamente a equipe tributária e demais áreas da companhia, compartilhando conhecimento e orientando na resolução de questões fiscais. Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Ciências Contábeis, Administração ou áreas correlatas;Registro ativo no CRC ou CRA;Conhecimento avançado em legislação tributária federal, estadual e municipal (IRPJ, CSLL, PIS, COFINS, ISS, ICMS, IPI e retenções);Vivência com apuração de tributos diretos e indiretos, lucro real e lucro presumido;Conhecimento avançado em obrigações acessórias (ECD, ECF, DCTF, EFD ICMS/IPI, EFD Contribuições, REINF, PER/DCOMP e demais declarações fiscais);Conhecimento em contabilidade aplicada a área tributária e interpretação de demonstrações financeiras. Conhecimento avançado em SAP (módulos financeiro e contábil);Excel avançado e domínio de ferramentas de análise de dados aplicadas a área tributária;Modelo e horário de trabalho:Presencial, de segunda a quinta-feira l Home Office as sextas-feiras - horário comercial.
