Estamos em busca de um(a) Supervisor(a) de Suporte Técnico, NOC e SOC para liderar as áreas de Service Desk, NOC, SOC e Laboratório de TI, garantindo a disponibilidade dos ambientes tecnológicos, a excelência no suporte aos usuários, o monitoramento proativo dos serviços e a rápida resposta a incidentes operacionais e de segurança.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar as equipes de Service Desk, NOC, SOC e Laboratório de TI, orientando o time nas atividades do dia a dia e promovendo alta performance;Suportar tecnicamente as equipes, atuando como referência para resolução de incidentes, problemas e demandas críticas;Acompanhar métricas, indicadores de desempenho e SLAs por meio das ferramentas de gestão e monitoramento da operação;Garantir o monitoramento contínuo dos ambientes tecnológicos, assegurando a rápida identificação e escalonamento de incidentes;Supervisionar os acionamentos do NOC e SOC, garantindo a continuidade dos serviços e mitigação de riscos operacionais e de segurança;Coordenar atividades relacionadas a gestão de mudanças (GMUDs), incidentes e problemas, assegurando a aderência aos processos estabelecidos;Criar e analisar relatórios operacionais e gerenciais para acompanhamento dos resultados e identificação de oportunidades de melhoria;Garantir comunicação eficaz entre as áreas da companhia durante tratamentos de incidentes e mudanças críticas;Atuar na definição e melhoria de processos, procedimentos e indicadores, promovendo eficiência operacional e qualidade dos serviços;Apoiar iniciativas relacionadas a governança, auditorias, segurança da informação e conformidade dos processos de TI.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Análise de Sistemas, Administração de Redes, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia da Computação, Segurança da Informação ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimento em ferramentas de monitoramento, gestão de chamados e indicadores operacionais;Conhecimento em ITIL, processos de Segurança da Informação e resposta a incidentes;Bons conhecimentos no Pacote Office, com foco em Excel, PowerPoint e Word;Perfil analítico, com boa comunicação, liderança e foco em resultados.Modelo e horário de trabalho:Presencial, de segunda a quinta-feira das 08h00 as 18h00. As sextas-feiras das 08:00 as 17:00.
