WAS DU TUST * Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung eingehender Kundenanfragen per Telefon, E\-Mail oder Chat * Beratung von Kunden zu Produkten, Dienstleistungen und Bestellprozessen * Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Retourenanfragen unter Einhaltung der Service\-Standards * Dokumentation und Pflege von Kundendaten im internen CRM\-System

Dein Profil

WER DU BIST

  • Du hast eine abgeschl. kaufmännische Ausbildung oder einschlägige Kundendienst\-Erfahrung
  • Du liebst den Umgang mit Menschen und dein Ziel ist, jedem Kunden zu helfen
  • Du bist technisch affin (IT, Smartphone, Internet) und arbeitest gerne am Telefon \& Bildschirm
  • Du beherrschst die deutsche Sprache auf Niveau Muttersprache in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse sind ein Plus.
