  • Support für TWINT\-App
  • Weiterverarbeitung von Transaktionen, Produkten und Dienstleistungen
  • Unterstützung im Bereich e\-commerce und Wallet Zahlungen
  • Analyse von Betrugsfällen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder Ausbildung im Kundenkontakt
  • Erfahrung im telefonische Kundenkontakt sowie Schichtarbeit von Vorteil
  • einwandfreie Deutsch\-, ösischkenntnisse und Englisch sowie Italienischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Gute MS\-Office Kenntnisse
