Für unseren Kunden suchen wir eine engagierte und fachkompetente Persönlichkeit als CAM/CNC-Programmierer/in (100%).

Unser Kunde ist ein etabliertes und innovatives Unternehmen in der Maschinenindustrie und setzt auf moderne Fertigungstechnologien, hohe Qualitätsstandards und effiziente Produktionsprozesse. Zur Verstärkung des Teams suchen wir eine selbstständige und motivierte Fachperson mit Erfahrung in der CNC-Programmierung.

Ihre Aufgaben

Erstellung und Optimierung von CNC-Programmen für die vollständige Bearbeitung von Frästeilen auf 4- und 5-Achs-Bearbeitungszentren sowie Drehzentren (CTX1250 und CTX800)

Programmierung mit TopSolid CAM / ShopFloor

Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Fertigungsprozessen hinsichtlich Qualität, Effizienz und Wirtschaftlichkeit

Erstellung und Pflege der Fertigungsdokumentation, insbesondere Aufspannpläne und Werkzeuglisten

Unterstützung der Produktionsmitarbeitenden beim Einfahren und Optimieren neuer CNC-Programme

Mitwirkung bei der Beschaffung geeigneter Bearbeitungswerkzeuge

Betreuung und Pflege des automatischen Werkzeugausgabesystems

Aktive Mitgestaltung fertigungstechnischer Lösungen und Prozesse

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Mechaniker/in, Polymechaniker/in oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung

Weiterbildung im Bereich CNC-Programmierung und Zerspanungstechnik

Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der CAM-Programmierung

Idealerweise Kenntnisse in TopSolid CAM; fehlende Kenntnisse können durch eine entsprechende Einarbeitung aufgebaut werden

Gute PC-Anwenderkenntnisse

Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und technisches Verständnis

Flexibilität, Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit

Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und schnelle Auffassungsgabe

Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben parallel zu koordinieren

Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
