  • Crezi în puterea lecturii și te entuziasmează provocarea de a face din citit un obicei îndrăgit în comunitatea noastră;
  • Ești apropiat de piața de carte din România, fie din pasiune, fie prin responsabilitățile unui job anterior;
  • Ai un background solid în Marketing sau Customer Experience, dar și experiență în coordonarea unei echipe;
  • Ești creativ(ă), ai un mindset de creștere, idei disruptive și curajoase;
  • Fluiditate în analiză de date și instrumente de măsurare (NPS, conversii, analytics), trenduri de comportamente clienți, consumer insights și capacitatea de a transforma concluziile în acțiuni ce conduc la atingerea obiectivelor;
  • Ai abilități foarte bune de negociere, spirit practic, gândire analitică, focus pe rezultat, dar și pe execuție;

Responsabilitati:

  • Strategia de Conținut
  • Echipa coordonată de tine are misiunea de a aduce conținutul potrivit (cărți, articole, ebooks, conținut video și audio) pe platforma și de a crește consumul de carte în comunitate;
  • Vei analiza cererea de carte, dar și trendurile din piață și te vei asigura că alegem conținut relevant pentru abonații noștri;
  • Vei încheia parteneriate cu biblioteci și institute culturale ce pot asigura accesul cititorilor noștri la cele mai bune materiale de învățare, dezvoltare și relaxare;
  • Vei coordona acțiunile de promovare a conținutului folosind mixul de canale potrivit: platforma (bannere, colecții, algoritmi de recomandare), e-mail, app, social media și altele;
  • Vei gestiona bugete și vei analiza ROI pe inițiative;
  • Împreună cu departamentele de UX și de Marketing, vei dezvolta proiecte pentru a îmbunătăți experiența abonaților în toate punctele de interacțiune.

Leadership și echipă

  • Te vei asigura că toți membrii echipei tale primesc sprijin și feedback constant, au claritate în obiective și își păstrează pasiunea pentru proiectele noastre;
  • Vei oferi coaching și mentoring echipei tale, vei crea contexte de învățare și le vei susține creșterea profesională.
