Job Summary: The Ecommerce Platform Specialist is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation, configuration, governance, and continuous improvement of Tempur Sealy's e-commerce platform ecosystem.

Working closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and external partners, the role ensures that platform configurations are maintained, organised, and aligned with business requirements while supporting the successful delivery of projects and operational initiatives.

The successful candidate will act as a key coordination point between business and technology teams, helping to maintain platform quality, consistency, and operational excellence across multiple markets. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisation skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for e-commerce technologies.

Working with:

· Collaborate with local e-commerce teams to understand business requirements and identify platform improvement opportunities.

· Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA Analysts, and Project Managers to support the successful delivery of platform enhancements.

· Support Digital Marketing, Merchandising, Customer Service, and Operations teams with platform-related requirements and issue resolution.

Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Key Results Area:

· Support the day-to-day administration and operation of the e-commerce platform.

· Maintain Salesforce Commerce Cloud Business Manager configurations and ensure adherence to platform governance standards.

· Support the configuration and maintenance of promotions, campaigns, content assets, customer groups, source codes, sorting rules, site preferences, and other platform settings.

· Regularly review platform configurations and identify obsolete, duplicate, or unused assets and settings.

· Coordinate platform clean-up and optimisation initiatives to maintain a scalable and organised platform environment.

· Investigate platform issues and coordinate resolution with development teams and external vendors.

· Monitor platform health and identify opportunities for operational improvement.

· Maintain platform documentation, configuration guidelines, and operational procedures.

· Promote consistency, governance, and best practices across platform usage.

· Contribute to the successful operation and evolution of the e-commerce platform landscape.

Technical Skills and Experience:

· 3-5 years of experience working with e-commerce platforms, digital products, or web-based business applications. Experience with platform administration, configuration management, or functional support activities.

· Experience with platform integration and data mapping.

· Good understanding of e-commerce operations, processes, and best practices.

· Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) is highly desirable. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) is advantageous.

· Ability to read and understand code is a plus.

· Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

· Ability to work effectively within cross-functional and Agile delivery teams.

Work Environment/Physical Requirements:

Office based in Uxbridge, London, with great access to public transport or provided parking. Hybrid working available with 3 days working in the office and flexible to attend meetings during other days.

Occasional travel might be required.
