This position is responsible for Innovation Sandbox Strategy & Operations and Innovation Enablement & Capability Building, supporting rapid experimentation, prototyping, and validation of emerging technologies. The role oversees the governance, operation, and continuous improvement of sandbox environments, while developing and managing technology enablers, self-service capabilities, and shared services that accelerate innovation across the organisation.

Roles and Responsibilities

A. Innovation Sandbox Strategy & Operations

  • Design, establish, and operate innovation sandbox environments that support rapid experimentation and validation of emerging technologies
  • Develop sandbox governance models, onboarding frameworks, operating procedures, and evaluation mechanisms
  • Manage sandbox operations, user onboarding, access controls, compliance, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting
  • Monitor and track sandbox utilisation, and proactively engage project teams to investigate anomalies, optimise resource consumption, and address operational issues
  • Continuously enhance sandbox capabilities based on user feedback and innovation needs
  • Ensure platforms comply with cybersecurity, governance, privacy, and healthcare regulatory requirements
  • Review and validate sandbox resource consumption and billing records, investigate discrepancies, and work with relevant stakeholders to ensure accurate chargeback
  • Support administrative, operational, reporting, and governance activities required for the effective management of innovation sandbox platforms and programmes

B. Innovation Enablement & Capability Building

  • Build reusable innovation frameworks, playbooks, best practices, and reference architectures to support scalable and repeatable innovation
  • Develop new enablers, self-service platforms, development toolkits, APIs, cloud environments, and shared services that accelerate experimentation and solution development
  • Develop application-level solutions using TypeScript, Python, or JavaScript to build and extend self-service tools, APIs, and platform capabilities
  • Provide technical advisory and enablement support to help innovators navigate platform capabilities, governance requirements, and adoption pathways

Requirements / Qualifications

  • At least 5–6 years of experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining IT systems
  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure, including provisioning, configuration, and day-to-day administration of cloud environments
  • Professional certifications in cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, Google) or IT service management are an advantage
  • Application-level coding experience in TypeScript, Python, or JavaScript, with the ability to develop and maintain working solutions (not just scripting)
  • Experience in software development with knowledge of programming concepts, APIs, system integration, and software testing
  • Familiarity with virtualisation technologies, containers, and DevOps practices
  • Understanding of identity and access management, cybersecurity principles, and governance frameworks
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in agile, fast-paced, and dynamic environments
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Attention to detail and compliance
  • Proactive, self-driven, and team-oriented

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
