À Paris, notre équipe Strategy & Communications conseille des clients français et internationaux issus de secteurs variés sur leurs enjeux de communication, d’influence et de réputation. Nous travaillons au plus près des directions générales sur des problématiques complexes, tant en France qu’à l’international, en collaboration avec les équipes Teneo à travers le monde.

Dans le cadre d’un remplacement, nous recherchons un(e) Associate Consultant(e) en CDD de 6 mois à compter de décembre 2026.

L’opportunité

Vous interviendrez sur une grande diversité de projets et contribuerez à l’accompagnement stratégique de nos clients dans des domaines tels que la communication financière, les affaires publiques, les relations médias, la communication de crise et les enjeux de réputation.

Vous serez au cœur de la production d’analyses, de recommandations et de contenus destinés à soutenir les objectifs stratégiques de nos clients.

Les principales missions

  • Participer à la gestion et au suivi des missions clients en coordination avec les équipes de conseil.
  • Réaliser des recherches, analyses sectorielles, benchmarks et veilles médiatiques, institutionnelles et concurrentielles.
  • Identifier les tendances, risques et opportunités susceptibles d’avoir un impact sur les activités et la réputation de nos clients.
  • Préparer les réunions clients, rédiger les comptes rendus et assurer le suivi des actions.
  • Produire des notes de recherche, des présentations, des éléments de langage et autres supports stratégiques.
  • Contribuer à l’élaboration de recommandations de communication et d’influence.
  • Participer aux initiatives de développement commercial, notamment à travers la préparation de propositions et la réalisation de recherches pour de nouvelles opportunités.

Profil recherché

  • 1 à 3 ans d’expérience en communication (corporate, affaires publiques ou communication d’influence).
  • Diplôme Bac+5 en communication, sciences politiques, relations internationales, droit, économie ou discipline équivalente.
  • Anglais courant requis (écrit et oral) : vous serez amené(e) à collaborer et communiquer régulièrement en anglais dans le cadre de vos missions.
  • Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles et de synthèse.
  • Curiosité intellectuelle et fort intérêt pour l’actualité politique, économique, sociétale et médiatique.
  • Sens de l’organisation, rigueur et capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.
  • Esprit d’équipe, proactivité et excellent relationnel.
