Für unsere Praxisgruppe Strategy & Communications in Deutschland suchen wir unternehmerisch denkende Talente mit Leidenschaft für Strategie und Kommunikation, Medien und Wirtschaft, Politik und Gesellschaft.

Neben der Beratung im Bereich Strategy & Communications gehören weitere Beratungs-Angebote zu Teneos Portfolio, unter anderem Restrukturierung, Unternehmensmanagement, Cyber-, Geschäfts- und geopolitische Risiken, Corporate Governance, ESG, Energie & Infrastruktur, Diversity & Inclusion (DE&I) und Regulatorik. Dadurch können wir Kunden einen integrierten Ansatz über diese Bereiche hinweg bieten.

Deine Rolle

Als Consultant unseres Strategy & Communications Teams in Deutschland wirst Du:

  • Bestehende Kundenprojekte unterstützen über die gesamte Bandbreite unserer Arbeit hinweg von Unternehmens- und Finanzkommunikation über Krisen- und Change-Management bis hin zu Transaktionsbegleitung und Public Affairs
  • Relevante Unterlagen und Texte für die Kommunikation unserer Kunden erstellen
  • Das gesellschafts- und wirtschaftspolitische Umfeld recherchieren, beobachten und analysieren
  • Medienarbeit, Stakeholder Engagement und Neugeschäftsaktivitäten unterstützen
  • Relevante Implikationen und Empfehlungen ableiten und an Präsentationen teilnehmen

Was Du mitbringen solltest

  • Mindestens zwei bis drei Jahre Berufserfahrung (ohne Praktika) in den Bereichen Journalismus, Unternehmenskommunikation und/oder Beratung
  • Ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationstalent und Zuverlässigkeit im Tagesgeschäft
  • Die Fähigkeit, sich schnell in verschiedene Themen und Branchen einzuarbeiten
  • Verhandlungssicheres Englisch und Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau
  • Mut zur eigenen Meinung, Sinn für Humor und Spaß an der Arbeit im Team
