Why Work Here

At Tenet3, our employee’s contributions are highly visible, valued, and rewarded. Be part of a team that supports both your personal and professional growth. Our team thrives in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment where we’re continuously pushing the boundaries of what’s possible. If you’re looking to work in a place that combines cutting-edge technology with a strong sense of culture and team spirit, and amazing benefits, then we are the place for you!

The Role

We are seeking an early-career Frontend Software Engineer, Front End to build reliable user-facing components using established design patterns and modern web technologies. Working under the guidance of senior engineers, this role focuses on implementing scoped product features, contributing to code quality improvements, and applying user-centered design principles. You will have the opportunity to strengthen your foundational skills in front-end development while actively participating in iterative delivery and collaborative team processes.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented developer who understands that code is only as effective as the user experience it creates. This position will bridge the gap between design systems and executable front-end components, ensuring our product features are accessible, performant, and scalable.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Build user-facing features using React, HTML, and CSS, following established design systems and accessibility standards
  • Contribute to the implementation and refinement of scoped tickets and user stories
  • Participate in code reviews by incorporating feedback and applying best practices
  • Debug common issues, identify performance or accessibility concerns, and raise blockers with clarity
  • Attend team standups, demos, and retrospectives; provide clear updates and seek feedback proactively
  • Maintain component documentation and ensure changes are communicated clearly to teammates
  • Utilize Modern Front-End Skills to:
  • Implement responsive, accessible UI components using React and semantic HTML/CSS
  • Follow established workflows, checklists, and coding standards in an Agile environment
  • Enhance overall application performance, accessibility, and UI consistency

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Front-End & React Proficiency: Proficiency in modern JavaScript, HTML, and CSS (including layout techniques), with direct experience building web interfaces using React and component libraries.
  • Development Tool Familiarity: Knowledge of semantic HTML, responsive design techniques, version control systems (e.g., Git/GitHub), and Agile tools (e.g., Jira, GitHub Issues).
  • Software Engineering Fundamentals: 1–3 years of experience (including college internships) in frontend development, with an understanding of reusable design patterns and component architecture.
  • Technical Communication & Articulation: Clear written and verbal communication in technical discussions, with the ability to maintain component documentation and convey technical issues clearly.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Willingness to receive and act on feedback during code reviews, a strong desire for continuous learning, and comfort contributing in daily standups and async platforms.
  • Problem Solving & Strategic Awareness: Demonstrated ability to debug UI issues, propose targeted solutions when blocked, and begin connecting front-end implementation choices with user needs and business goals.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, mathematics, physics, or a related technical field.

Benefits

At Tenet3, we offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support both your personal and professional well-being:

  • Generous Paid Time Off: Including PTO, sick days, and floating holidays to help you recharge.
  • Comprehensive Health Coverage: 100% paid medical, vision, and dental insurance for you and your family.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
