The posting

We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team at Ten Mile, located in Washington. If you do not see an open position for what you are looking for, please feel free to apply here with your resume.

Compensation will be determined by proven prior experience.

Requirements

  • Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
  • Have a valid drivers license.
  • Ability to maintain a Medical Examiner's Certificate for DOT vehicles.
  • Ability to work overtime when required.
  • Properly follow all company policies and procedures for safe working procedures and environment.
  • Strictly adhere to safety requirements and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
  • Display a professional and courteous attitude to customers, co-workers, supervisors, and the general public at all times.
  • Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required.
  • Follow directions of manager as to daily tasks and expectations for each specific project or jobsite.
  • Great attention to detail and stress tolerance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Environment Most positions will require working outdoors in various climate conditions ranging from very cold with rain to very hot and humid. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high, with occasional periods of time exposed to machine noise.
