The posting

The Premium Business Development Executive is responsible for driving new business revenue through the sale of premium suite and studio box rentals for Tennessee Titans games and major events at New Nissan Stadium.   This is a true new-business sales role. You will be expected to create your own opportunities, build relationships, prospect consistently, conduct face-to-face sales presentations, navigate the sales process and ultimately close new business.   You will have the opportunity to sell premium inventory in one of the most exciting new sports venues in the country while helping establish the sales culture and foundation for our premium business.   Primary Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation through presentation, negotiation, closing and contract execution. Build and manage a pipeline of new business prospects throughout the Nashville market and beyond. Consistently prospect for new business through phone calls, networking, referrals, events, social selling and other creative outbound strategies. Develop genuine relationships with business owners, executives and decisionmakers and understand their business, entertainment and hospitality needs. Conduct professional, engaging sales presentations at the Titans House Preview Center, New Nissan Stadium and at prospect locations throughout the Nashville market. Clearly communicate the value of premium experiences and tailor recommendations to each prospect's needs. Identify new markets, industries, prospects and creative sales opportunities that can generate additional revenue. Develop and execute creative outbound sales strategies designed to consistently generate new opportunities. Utilize the CRM system to effectively manage accounts, activity, opportunities, pipeline and follow-up. Maintain accurate and timely records of prospect activity, proposals, contracts and other sales documentation. Work closely with internal departments and teammates to ensure a seamless experience from initial conversation through event day. Participate in client events, networking opportunities and team events to build relationships and generate new business. Consistently achieve or exceed individual and department revenue goals. Represent the Tennessee Titans and New Nissan Stadium with professionalism, enthusiasm and integrity at all times.

  Qualifications Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management or related field. Have 3–5 years of professional sales experience with a demonstrated history of achieving results. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for off-site client meetings and presentations. Be highly motivated, competitive and driven to achieve individual and team goals. Be comfortable creating their own opportunities through consistent outbound prospecting and relationship building. Be highly coachable and willing to receive feedback, adjust and continuously improve. Demonstrate strong character, professionalism and integrity. Be a positive, low-ego teammate who understands that individual success and team success go hand in hand. Take ownership of their responsibilities, clients and results. Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with prospects, clients and internal partners. Organized and disciplined, with the ability to manage a sales pipeline and multiple priorities. Resourceful problem-solver who works well through challenges. Resilient in the face of rejection, with a consistent drive to pursue new opportunities.

  Preferred:

Background selling high-dollar products or services. Experience in sports, entertainment, hospitality, premium sales or a related industry. History of selling to executives, business owners or other high-level decision makers. Track record of developing and executing outbound sales strategies. Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales technology. Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics and SeatGeek. Comfortable working in a team-selling environment.

Work Environment: Office / Stadium Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods of time; lift up to 25 lbs. Schedule: Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required by the event schedule.
