Chef de projet EDI facturation électronique (F/H) – CDI – Oullins Profil hybride rare : chef de projet ET technicien. Vous pilotez de bout en bout vos projets, sans développeur pour vous épauler — vous concevez et réalisez vous-même les solutions techniques. C'est ce poste. Vous • Vous avez 5 ans minimum en chefferie de projet : planification, suivi des livrables, gestion des risques, KPI, rituels de gouvernance, reporting. • Vous avez une vraie fibre technique : formats de fichiers structurés, bases de données, paramétrage poussé en tant que key-user, voire développement. Vous aimez traduire un besoin fonctionnel en réponse technique — et l'implémenter. • Vous comprenez les processus de facturation et la réforme de la facturation électronique (obligatoire en France dès 2026). • Vous êtes autonome, force de proposition, à l'aise avec la relation client directe. Vos missions Chez TENOR, éditeur français spécialiste de l'interconnexion des données (EDI On-Premise/SaaS/Web EDI, e-invoicing, EAI–ETL–MFT), vous rejoignez le service PROJET après une formation interne de plusieurs semaines, incluant les aspects réglementaires de la facture électronique. Vous prenez ensuite la responsabilité d'un portefeuille de projets clients, chacun géré de bout en bout : • Valider le besoin et le périmètre définis en avant-vente • Animer les ateliers fonctionnels et techniques (en solo ou avec un PO/PM) et en assurer la restitution • Concevoir et réaliser vous-même les mappings (cartographies de données) entre formats reçus et attendus • Réaliser les configurations de la plateforme • Tester et faire recetter la solution • Suivre plannings et livrables (documentation à votre charge), mesurer les écarts et déclencher les actions correctives • Garantir la qualité de service et le respect des engagements clients et réglementaires Profil Compétences attendues • Gestion de projet : organisation, planification, KPI, gouvernance, conduite du changement (un plus) • Relation client, animation d'ateliers, sens du service, qualités rédactionnelles • Fichiers structurés, mappings, analyse, solide culture informatique • Apprécié : EDI, processus de facturation, réforme e-invoicing Diplôme & expérience Bac+3 minimum (gestion de projet, fiscalité ou comptabilité), avec au moins 12 mois d'expérience à fort contenu technique (paramétrage key-user à développement). 5 ans minimum en chefferie de projet. Informations contractuelles Informations pratiques • Oullins (400 m du métro B) • Fixe 34–40 K€ brut/an selon profil + prime sur objectifs • 6 RTT, semaine de 35h50, hybride (3 j sur site), tickets resto 9 € (60 % employeur), prime de vacances (SYNTEC), intéressement, actionnariat salarié, entreprise inclusive • Salle café, fruits, salle de jeux (Switch, baby-foot), sport et douches à la pause déjeuner, animations et événements internes • Prise de poste : dès que possible
