Sobre el Cargo

En Tenpo, estamos buscando a nuestro/a próximo/a "Strategy Lead". Quien tendrá la misión de liderar el ciclo completo de research, diseño y transición a ejecución de la estrategia del Proyecto Banco en sus diferentes etapas, generando una estrategia y un roadmap validado con datos de mercado y benchmark competitivo, y asegurando un traspaso ordenado hacia la fase de execution excellence en cumplimiento con los estándares regulatorios de la CMF.

Responsabilidades del cargo

  • Liderar el levantamiento de información de mercado, competencia(neobancos LATAM), Credicorp y marco regulatorio CMF, generando insumos sólidos para la toma de decisiones estratégicas del proyecto.
  • Diseñar el roadmap, el business case y el modelo operativo objetivo (TOM) del proyecto, articulando prioridades entre negocio, riesgo y tecnología.
  • Definir y validar hipótesis clave del proyecto mediante research cuantitativo y cualitativo antes de avanzar a la fase de ejecución.
  • Asegurar un traspaso ordenado y documentado de la estrategia diseñada hacia los equipos de ejecución (Subgerencia de Proyecto), definiendo hitos, dueños y criterios de éxito.
  • Reportar avances, riesgos y decisiones estratégicas al Gerente de Proyecto Banco y a instancias de Directorio cuando corresponda.
  • Monitorear de forma continua movimientos de neobancos y bancos digitales en LATAM para mantener actualizada la estrategia del proyecto.

¿Qué necesitas para postular?

  • Ser profesional titulado de Ingeniería Comercial, Ingeniería Civil Industrial, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.
  • Tener conocimiento de metodologías de research estratégico (research de mercado, entrevistas, benchmarking competitivo).
  • Conocimiento en diseño de business case y modelos operativos objetivo (por ejemplo: TOM).
  • Nivel de Excel/Sheets avanzado y construcción de presentaciones ejecutivas (PowerPoint/Slides).
  • Manejo de SQL o herramientas de BI (Power BI, Looker) para research basado en datos.
  • Contar con conocimiento general de normativa CMF aplicable a proyectos bancarios.
  • Experiencia trabajando con metodologías ágiles y OKRs.
