Ihre Aufgaben

Liquidität und Steuerung

  • Steuerung des konzernweiten Liquiditätsmanagements über sämtliche Gesellschaften, Währungen und Regionen hinweg
  • Ausbau und Verantwortung der rollierenden Liquiditätsplanung sowie fortgesetzte Optimierung der Forecast-Qualität, Abweichungsanalyse und Ableitung von Steuerungsimpulsen
  • Weiterentwicklung der konzernweiten Cash-Pooling-Strukturen
  • Steuerung der konzerninternen Finanzierung

Finanzierung und Risikomanagement

  • Management der externen Finanzierung
  • Aufbereitung des Treasury-Reportings für Geschäftsführung, Gesellschafter und Finanzierer
  • Vorantreiben des Working-Capital-Managements der Gesellschaften, inkl. laufender Analyse der Cash-KPIs
  • Ermittlung und Bewertung des konzernweiten FX- und Zinsexposures sowie die Ableitung von entsprechenden Steuerungsmaßnahmen

Banken und Zahlungsverkehr

  • Verantwortung für die Bankenstrategie der Gruppe und Übernahme des Bankpartnermanagements, einschließlich Steuerung von KYC-Prozessen, Bank-Mandatsmanagement
  • Weiterentwicklung des konzernweiten Zahlungsverkehrs
  • Steuerung der Bankkommunikation und Formatlandschaft

Organisation, Systeme und Projekte

  • Fachliche Verantwortung für das Treasury-Management-System der Gruppe sowie für die Bank- und ERP-Schnittstellen; Steuerung von Dienstleistern und Implementierungspartnern
  • Regelmäßige Überprüfung und Weiterentwicklung der Treasury-Richtlinie
  • Verankerung und Weiterentwicklung KI-gestützter Arbeitsweisen

Ihr Profil

  • Hochschulabschluss in Finanzwesen, Rechnungswesen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet; einschlägige Zusatzqualifikationen (z. B. CTP, ACT, CFA) sind von Vorteil
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Corporate Treasury, davon nachweisbar in einer Konzernstruktur mit mehreren internationalen Tochtergesellschaften
  • Belastbare Praxis in Liquiditätsplanung und Forecasting, Cash Pooling und Konzernfinanzierung
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kreditverträgen, Covenants und Finanzierungspartnern; Verständnis für die Anforderungen eines Private-Equity-gehaltenen Umfelds
  • Sicherheit in Bankkommunikation und Zahlungsverkehrsformaten sowie im Umgang mit gängigen Treasury-Management-Systemen
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative und Hands-on-Mentalität – bereit, im internationalen Tagesgeschäft selbst anzupacken, nicht nur zu steuern
  • Verhandlungssicheres Englisch ist zwingend erforderlich
  • Affinität zu digitalen Arbeitsweisen und praktische Erfahrung im produktiven Einsatz von KI-Anwendungen im Finanzbereich
