Як саме проходить робота?

- Будуєш довгострокові відносини з власною базою преміум-користувачів - вони знають тебе на ім’я та звертаються саме до тебе;

- Супроводжуєш користувача під ключ: вирішуєш щоденні запити, складні кейси та працюєш із ситуаціями, коли користувач планує залишити продукт;

- Самостійно ведеш комунікацію через email, онлайн-чати та дзвінки й відповідаєш за якість досвіду зі своєю базою користувачів;

- Працюєш з AI та автоматизаціями, які забирають рутинні задачі та дозволяють фокусуватися на комунікації й пошуку найкращих рішень;

- Стаєш голосом користувача всередині команди: помічаєш інсайти, передаєш їх продукту та безпосередньо впливаєш на покращення користувацького досвіду.

Чого ми від тебе чекаємо?

- Англійська від B2: письмова — основний робочий інструмент, розмовна — для дзвінків;

- Досвід роботи з клієнтами від 2 років: support, account management, sales або customer success. Найцінніше для нас — досвід із преміум/VIP-сегментом або цінними клієнтами;

- Пишеш комунікації, на які відповідають: персоналізація, живий тон, простий заклик до дії;

- Пояснюєш складні речі простими словами, без зайвих технічних термінів;

- Тримаєш ціль розмови в дзвінку та чаті і працюєш із запереченнями;

- Готовність працювати у вечірні зміни, графік 5/2 16:00–00:00;

Буде перевагою:

- Досвід роботи з західними ринками (США, Канада, Європа);

- Робота із Zendesk або аналогами;
