Зараз ми шукаємо Senior User Acquisition Manager. На старті це стратегічні задачі та робота з рекламними кампаніями, а згодом управління командою.

Що робить цю роль особливою:

— Це твій шанс реалізувати всі ідеї, які ти раніше відкладав. У нас немає зайвої бюрократії, ми не обмежуємо тебе в підходах;

— Поруч з тобою експертна команда та налагоджена взаємодія: креатив, маркетинг, продукт, воронки, аналітика;

— UAM у нашій команді не обмежується кабінетом: тісно співпрацює з експертними командами від Junior до C-level і впливає на їхні процеси;

— Усе, що потрібно для результату, ми беремо на себе: внутрішні інструменти, ресурси, масштаби й бюджети;

— Можливість відкривати нові канали залучення та тестувати нестандартні підходи.

Виклики, які чекають на цій ролі:

— Відповідальність за цифри: від гіпотези до результату;

— Запуск і масштабування кампаній у Meta, Google, TikTok, AppLovin та інших нових каналах залучення;

— Оцінка результатів кампаній і дослідження конкурентів: їхні канали, креативи та воронки;

— Аналіз ефективності глибше за CTR і CPA: поведінка користувача у воронці та окупність;

— Спільна робота з креативною та продуктовою командами й аналітикою над покращенням user flow, окупності та результатів кампаній.

Що для нас важливо:

— 3+ роки досвіду в performance-маркетингу, hands-on досвід роботи в будь-якому з каналів, бажано Meta або Googlel;

— Data-driven підхід: вмієш працювати з великим обсягом даних, знаходити закономірності та приймати на їх основі рішення;

— Досвід взаємодії з креативом, воронками, аналітикою та продуктом;

— Розуміння, як маркетинг впливає на окупність і що робити, коли показники просідають;

— Сміливість у підходах до тестування й амбіції: тобі цікаво будувати нове та робити прорив на ринку.

Буде плюсом:

— Досвід запуску напрямків з нуля;

— Досвід менеджменту/менторства UAM;

— Досвід роботи з TikTok Ads, AppLovin або іншими каналами поза Meta та Google.
