Зараз ми в пошуку System Administrator.

Виклики, які чекають на цій ролі: — підтримка IT інфраструктури; — керування постачальниками послуг; — контроль доступу до систем та сервісів; — допомога не технічним командам у вирішенні технічних задач.

Що для нас важливо: — Розуміння принципів керування доступами: SSO, MFA, групи та ролі, принцип мінімальних прав — Практичний досвід з Google Workspace або схожим сервісом (користувачі, групи, пошта) — Базові знання DNS, мереж і VPN — Впевнена робота з Windows/macOS — Уміння швидко розбиратися в нових SaaS-сервісах та читати англомовну документацію — Акуратність, уважність до деталей, відповідальність за доступи й облікові дані — Комунікабельність: чітке спілкування зі співробітниками, уточнення запитів, пояснення рішень простою мовою — Виражене бажання рости й вчитися в адмініструванні, безпеці та автоматизації

Буде перевагою: — Досвід з Okta або іншим IdP (Azure AD, JumpCloud) — Досвід з менеджерами паролів (1Password, Bitwarden) — Cloudflare: DNS, керування доменами; розуміння SPF/DKIM/DMARC — GCP (IAM, service accounts) — IaC (Terraform, Pulumi) та Git — MDM для Apple (Jamf, Kandji, Intune) — Скриптинг (Python, Bash) або автоматизація через n8n, Zapier — Досвід у техпідтримці чи helpdesk, робота з тікет-системами (YouTrack, Jira) — Slack на рівні адміністратора — Інтерес до безпеки та compliance (PCI DSS, ISO 27001), AI-інструментів (ChatGPT, Claude)
