Dans le cadre de notre fort développement, nous recrutons un/une :

IT Technician

Activités principales :

Support utilisateurs (niveau 1 et 2\)

  • Réceptionner, qualifier et traiter les demandes et incidents via l'outil de ticketing (Zoho), par téléphone, e\-mail ou sur site.
  • Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes matériels, logiciels et réseau (postes de travail, imprimantes, téléphonie, Wi\-Fi, VPN).
  • Escalader vers le niveau 3 ou les prestataires externes lorsque nécessaire, et assurer le suivi jusqu'à ré les utilisateurs dans la prise en main des outils (Microsoft 365, Teams, outils métiers).

Gestion du parc et des accès

  • Préparer, déployer et maintenir les postes de travail, smartphones et périphériques.
  • Gérer les arrivées et départs (onboarding / offboarding) : création et suppression des comptes, attribution et restitution du matériel, en lien avec les RH.
  • Administrer les comptes et droits d'accès (Active Directory / Entra ID, MDM).
  • Tenir à jour l'inventaire du parc et des licences, tenir le tenant microsoft à intune sur l'ensemble du 3CXadministration antivirus.

Documentation, qualité et sécurité

  • Documenter les interventions, procédures et la base de connaissances.
  • Respecter les procédures du système de management de la qualité (traçabilité, gestion des changements, intégrité des données).
  • Appliquer les règles de cybersécurité et sensibiliser les utilisateurs aux bonnes pratiques.
  • Participer aux projets IT (migrations, renouvellement du parc, déploiement de nouveaux outils).

Votre profil :

  • CFC d'informaticien (exploitation et infrastructure ou support), Bachelor en informatique ou formation équivalente.
  • Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en support informatique, idéalement dans un environnement international.
  • Une expérience dans un secteur réglementé (dispositifs médicaux, pharma) est un atout.
  • Dynamique, autonome, organisé et appréciant le travail en collaboration.
  • çais courant et Anglais niveau B2 minimum.
