Dans le cadre de notre fort développement, nous recrutons un/une :

Supply Chain Director

Activités principales :

  • Définir la stratégie Supply Chain, la faire évoluer et la déployer en cohérence avec la stratégie de Teoxane.
  • Construire et fiabiliser les prévisions avec le Commerce et le Marketing, porter le processus S\&OP mensuel (S\&OP Meetings, Supply Reviews) et proposer à la direction des scénarios chiffrés et des arbitrages clairs.
  • Établir le plan directeur de production (PDP/MPS) selon les capacités, les contraintes qualité (libération, quarantaine, péremption) et les priorités du marché.
  • Piloter l’approvisionnement en matières premières, composants et articles de conditionnement, et sécuriser les fournisseurs critiques avec les Achats.
  • Définir la politique de stocks MP/PF (MTO/MTS, buffers DDMRP, stocks de sécurité), réduire ruptures et surstocks, maîtriser les shelf life et fiabiliser les inventaires.
  • Assurer le pilotage des lancements de nouveaux produits, des phase\-out et des fins de vie, du premier approvisionnement à l’écoulement des derniers stocks.
  • Garantir la performance des entrepôts, du transport et de l'Order Management \& Distribution, avec un haut niveau de service pour les clients et les filiales internationales.
  • Être garant des master data dans SAP Business One et piloter l’APS (paramétrage, exploitation, déploiement vers les filiales).
  • Animer les KPI (OTIF, Forecast Accuracy, couverture et rotation des stocks, adhérence au plan) et piloter les projets de transformation (digitalisation, ERP, APS, ).
  • Manager et coacher une équipe d’environ 25 personnes, dont 5 en direct.
  • Garantir le respect des BPF, des exigences ISO 13485 et des règles de sécurité sur l’ensemble du périmètre.

Votre profil :

  • Formation d’ingénieur ou un diplôme supérieur en Supply Chain, logistique ou industrie.
  • Minimum 20 ans d’expérience en Supply Chain, dont une part significative en environnement industriel à un poste de direction doté d’une expérience en environnement réglementé (dispositif médical ou pharma), avec pilotage de production, et une expérience confirmée de direction.
  • Vous maîtrisez le S\&OP, le demand planning, la planification de production, le MRP et le DDMRP, ainsi que les ERP (SAP ou équivalent).
  • Vous avez une pratique terrain éprouvée du (flux tirés, Kanban, VSM/MIFA, 5S, résolution de problèmes).
  • Leader de terrain, pragmatique et orienté·e résultats, vous savez décider dans un environnement contraint.
  • Vous avez une culture et de l’amélioration continue.
  • Pédagogue et coach, vous aimez transmettre, rendre la Supply Chain compréhensible pour tous et faire grandir les équipes.
  • Humble et adaptable, vous êtes à l’aise dans une organisation en construction et savez embarquer des équipes transverses grâce à une communication claire et factuelle.
  • çais et anglais courants, à l’oral comme à l’écrit ; toute autre langue est un atout.
