Wil je niet alleen betrokken zijn bij de ontwikkeling van nieuwe producten, maar ook mee bepalen wat er ontwikkeld wordt en hoe ideeën worden vertaald naar concrete oplossingen? Dan is deze functie misschien wel jouw volgende uitdaging!

Voor een internationale speler binnen de audiovisuele sector zoeken we een Technical Product Manager die een belangrijke schakel vormt tussen productontwikkeling, engineering en de praktische toepassing van innovatieve audio-oplossingen. Je vertaalt productideeën naar duidelijke specificaties, functionaliteiten en technische vereisten en bewaakt de samenhang tijdens het volledige ontwikkelingsproces.

Je komt terecht in een innovatieve omgeving waar technologie, productkwaliteit en samenwerking centraal staan. Bovendien krijg je de mogelijkheid om jouw rol verder uit te bouwen en op termijn ook betrokken te worden bij bredere productstrategieën, marktpositionering en toekomstige productontwikkelingen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je vertaalt productideeën en technische behoeften naar duidelijke productspecificaties, functionaliteiten en concrete toepassingen
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor de productdefinitie binnen ontwikkelingsprojecten en bewaakt de scope, prioriteiten en technische keuzes
  • Je werkt nauw samen met R&D, engineering en application engineering om productconcepten correct te vertalen naar technische oplossingen
  • Je fungeert als centrale schakel tussen de verschillende teams en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen vanuit dezelfde productvisie werkt
  • Je bepaalt en valideert technische productvereisten, acceptatiecriteria en functionele eigenschappen
  • Je ondersteunt technische en productgerichte beslissingen, waarbij je rekening houdt met prestaties, kostprijs en technische haalbaarheid
  • Je bewaakt de aansluiting tussen het oorspronkelijke productconcept en de uiteindelijke ontwikkeling
  • Je ondersteunt de opmaak en controle van productgegevens in ERP- en PLM-systemen, in samenwerking met Product Operations
  • Je analyseert feedback en productprestaties en vertaalt deze naar mogelijke verbeteringen
  • Je denkt actief mee over de verdere ontwikkeling en optimalisatie van bestaande en toekomstige audio-oplossingen

Kortom: je vormt de brug tussen productvisie en technische ontwikkeling en zorgt ervoor dat innovatieve ideeën worden omgezet in kwalitatieve, technisch haalbare en marktgerichte audio-oplossingen.

We zoeken een technisch onderlegde professional die analytisch denkt, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en graag samenwerkt met verschillende teams.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in engineering, elektronica of een gelijkaardige technische richting
  • Je kan complexe technische concepten vertalen naar duidelijke productdefinities, specificaties en functionele vereisten
  • Je hebt een sterke technische affiniteit en interesse in innovatieve producten en technologieën
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en analytisch en kan onderbouwde beslissingen nemen binnen complexe ontwikkelingsprojecten
  • Je communiceert vlot met verschillende afdelingen en weet technische en productgerichte belangen op elkaar af te stemmen
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook uitstekend binnen multidisciplinaire teams
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels
  • Je hebt interesse om op termijn verder te groeien binnen productontwikkeling en productmanagement
