The posting

Tereos Aalst verwerkt tarwe tot verschillende eindproducten die een cruciale rol spelen binnen de voedingsindustrie, de papier- en kartonindustrie en de chemische industrie.

Uit tarwe halen we eiwitten en zetmelen, die we omvormen tot vloeibare suikers (glucose- en fructosestropen). Daarnaast behoren ook kristallijne dextrose en bio-ethanol tot ons gamma. Ten slotte beschikt onze site over eigen energievoorzieningen: we wekken zelf elektriciteit en stoom op.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

Als Productie Planner zorg je ervoor dat onze productieplanning efficiënt, betrouwbaar en haalbaar is. Je zorgt ervoor dat de juiste producten, op het juiste moment en in de juiste hoeveelheid beschikbaar zijn.

Maar je doet meer dan alleen plannen. Je combineert een sterke operationele ingesteldheid met een analytische, data gedreven aanpak. Je analyseert productie-, voorraad- en capaciteitsdata, detecteert bottlenecks en vertaalt inzichten naar concrete verbeteringen.

Je speelt je een actieve rol in procesoptimalisatie, digitalisering en automatisering. Je stelt bestaande processen kritisch in vraag en zoekt continu naar slimmere en efficiëntere manieren van werken. Daarbij maak je ook gebruik van nieuwe technologieën en AI.

Je bent nieuwsgierig naar nieuwe technologie, maar verliest nooit de praktische realiteit van productie, klanten en collega's uit het oog.

Je bent een analytische en pragmatische professional die energie krijgt van een dynamische productieomgeving. Je combineert graag data en analyse met actie op de werkvloer.

Je bent niet iemand die alleen naar cijfers kijkt: je begrijpt de operationele realiteit en weet analyses te vertalen naar concrete beslissingen en verbeteringen.

  • Bachelor of gelijkwaardig
  • 5 jaar ervaring in supply chain-activiteiten, productie en productieplanning
  • Ervaring met SAP of een ander ERP-systeem
  • Vaardig in MOs Office (Excel/Word)
  • Talen: Nederlands, Engels (vloeiend), Frans
