Hier krijg je ruimte om ervoor te zorgen dat onze patiënten veilig en comfortabel een operatie ondergaan. Als anesthesiemedewerker werk je nauw samen met de anesthesioloog en operatie assistenten.

Tegelijkertijd gebruik je de ruimte binnen je bevoegdheid en bekwaamheid om het anesthesiologisch beleid vorm te geven.

Als anesthesiemedewerker kun je in ons ziekenhuis zowel de breedte als de diepte in: vind je het leuk om op de poli Anesthesiologie te werken of wil jij je liever verder ontwikkelen? Bijvoorbeeld tot sedatie praktijk specialist? Dit is bespreekbaar om samen te kijken naar je persoonlijke ontwikkeling.

Je komt te werken in ons nieuwe ziekenhuis met de modernste apparatuur. Wij werken met robottechnologie en wij blijven innoveren.

Tijdens de nachtdiensten kun je gebruik maken van onze moderne en frisse piketkamers.

  • Diploma Anesthesiemedewerker (CZO-erkend)
  • Een gezonde dosis humor en een positieve instelling
  • Motivatie om een bijdrage te leveren aan de ontwikkeling van je zelf, jouw team en de OK

Wij werken in een betrokken team om samen de beste zorg te bieden aan onze patiënten op de OK. Vanzelfsprekend zijn wij ook betrokken bij onze collega’s. Jouw specifieke wensen voor een gezonde werk-privébalans nemen wij serieus. Maatwerk is bespreekbaar.

We nodigen je van harte uit tijdens een goede kop koffie/ thee met ons in gesprek te gaan over jouw wensen. Natuurlijk mag je ook eerst komen kennismaken en meelopen op onze OK.

Avond, nacht en weekenddiensten vallen volledig binnen je contracturen, wij kennen geen bereikbaarheidsdiensten. Dit ondersteunt bij optimale mogelijkheden voor een gezonde werk/privé balans.
