The posting

In deze dynamische en verantwoordelijke functie ben je hét aanspreekpunt als het gaat om beddencapaciteit, personeelsinzet en acute doorstroom. Je schakelt continu met collega’s van de SEH, kliniek, CRB, artsen, verpleegkundigen en managers. Je overziet, verbindt en grijpt in waar nodig. Jij:

  • creëert en behoudt overzicht van de actuele beddencapaciteit in het ziekenhuis
  • coördineert (spoed)opnames en bewaakt de doorstroom vanaf de SEH naar de kliniek
  • zit het dagelijkse capaciteitsoverleg voor en communiceert bij beperkte capaciteit of een vol ziekenhuis
  • adviseert over beleid en protocollen bij capaciteitsproblematiek
  • stemt dagelijks af met het CRB over inzet en herschikking van personeel
  • onderneemt actie bij verzuim, ziekte of plotselinge drukte – en weet snel de juiste hulp te organiseren
  • waarborgt goede overdrachten en bent leidend bij isolatie- en infectieproblematiek (cohorten)
  • ondersteunt het team bij reanimaties en draagt de BHV-pieper

Hiernaast ondersteun je indien nodig in de patiëntenzorg, voer je verpleegtechnische handelingen uit en coördineer je patiëntentransport van SEH naar de afdelingen. Een mooie uitdaging voor jou!

  • Je bent een BIG-geregistreerde verpleegkundige en bevoegd én bekwaam voor alle voorkomende voorbehouden handelingen. Daarnaast heb je ervaring als verpleegkundige in een ziekenhuis en bij voorkeur op een AOA
  • Kennis van HIX, het acute opnamebeleid, Zirop en ziekenhuisprocessen
  • Besluitvaardigheid, je bent communicatief sterk en je kunt goed schakelen tussen verschillende belangen en niveaus. Je behoudt rust en overzicht bij drukte en weet creatieve oplossingen te bedenken
  • Je bent een echte bruggenbouwer en verbinder tussen afdelingen en disciplines
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, hebt natuurlijk leiderschap en werkt graag multidisciplinair samen
  • Je werkt in alle diensten, dag, avond en nacht
