In de rol van kwaliteitsfunctionaris werk je samen met collega’s aan tactische en strategische verbetertrajecten.

Jij...

  • maakt complexe zorgdata inzichtelijk zodat dit gebruikt kan worden om de zorg te verbeteren
  • begeleidt verbetertrajecten volgens de PDCA-cyclus en stimuleert een leer- en verbetercultuur
  • adviseert zorgteams en management over kwaliteitsverbetering en patiëntveiligheid
  • voert interne audits uit op afdelingen en poliklinieken en externe toetsingen (IGJ, Qualicor, GMP-z, BAZ, ISO15189)
  • levert bijdragen aan risicoanalyse, procesoptimalisatie, documentbeheer en incidentanalyses

Over jouw werkplek Je maakt deel uit van het team Kwaliteit van de Farmacie bij Tergooi MC: jouw team bestaat uit 3 betrokken professionals. Samen adviseren jullie het managementteam Farmacie over kwaliteit en veiligheid. Het team Kwaliteit wordt duaal aangestuurd door een inhoudelijk ziekenhuisapotheker Kwaliteit en het hoofd Farmacie.

De Farmacie van Tergooi MC (klinisch en poliklinisch) is verantwoordelijk voor de farmaceutische zorg van Tergooi MC en enkele andere gezondheidsinstellingen in de regio. De afdeling is GMP-z, BAZ en ISO15189 geaccrediteerd. Daarnaast hebben we opleidingsbevoegdheid voor de opleiding tot ziekenhuisapotheker. Ook bieden wij ondersteuning aan het kwaliteitssysteem van het ziekenhuis: het ziekenhuis is Qualicor-gecertificeerd.

Binnen de Farmacie van Tergooi MC wordt de ziekenhuisfarmacie in volle omvang uitgeoefend en zijn we intensief betrokken bij het primaire zorgproces. We staan voor goede en veilige zorg waarbij we niet alleen kijken naar de zorg voor de individuele patiënt, maar ook naar het grotere geheel. Innovatie, opleiding en onderzoek vormen een belangrijk onderdeel van onze afdeling. Op onze afdeling werken circa 120 medewerkers. Kom jij ons team versterken?

  • Minimaal hbo-denkniveau (een assessment kan deel uitmaken van de sollicitatieprocedure)
  • Minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring in soortgelijke functie in de gezondheidszorg
  • Nieuwsgierige en brede blik: je verdiept je gemakkelijk in uiteenlopende onderwerpen
  • Resultaatgerichte houding en het vermogen om initiatief te nemen
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden: je weet complexe informatie helder over te brengen op gesprekspartners met een wisselend kennisniveau van de materie
