The posting

De cliëntenraad (CR) van Tergooi MC behartigt de gemeenschappelijke belangen van patiënten, naasten en bezoekers. Wij geven de raad van bestuur (RvB) gevraagd en ongevraagd advies en worden actief betrokken bij uiteenlopende onderwerpen, projecten en ontwikkelingen in het ziekenhuis.

De CR bestaat uit acht leden en wordt ondersteund door een ambtelijk secretaris. CR-leden worden voor een termijn van drie jaar aangesteld met de mogelijkheid van een eenmalige verlenging van drie jaar.

In verband met het aflopen van termijnen zijn we op zoek naar twee nieuwe leden.

We streven een professionele werkwijze na. Die professionaliteit vraagt ook inzet: het werk is inhoudelijk rijk, maar kost tijd en vraagt flexibiliteit, zeker omdat veel overleg overdag plaatsvindt.

Waar denk je over mee?

De ziekenhuiszorg verandert snel. Denk aan de toenemende rol van mantelzorgers, digitalisering, de inzet van kunstmatige intelligentie en samenwerking in de regio. De CR staat midden in deze ontwikkelingen en zoekt actief het gesprek met patiënten en inwoners.

De CR heeft specifieke aandacht voor belangrijke thema’s binnen het ziekenhuis. De leden verdelen deze aandachtsgebieden onderling. Je sluit aan bij één of meer aandachtspunten die passen bij jouw ervaring en belangstelling en stemt hierover af met professionals binnen het ziekenhuis.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je beoordeelt plannen, rapportages en voorgenomen besluiten vanuit patiëntperspectief.
  • Je neemt deel aan vergaderingen, werkgroepen, projecten en gesprekken binnen Tergooi MC.
  • Je denkt kritisch en constructief mee, waarbij je de cliënt altijd centraal stelt.
  • Je zoekt actief het contact met de cliënt.
  • Je draagt samen met de andere leden bij aan zichtbare en professionele medezeggenschap.
  • Je woont in de regio Gooi en Vechtstreek en voelt je betrokken bij Tergooi MC.
  • Je kunt complexe informatie doorgronden en hoofd- van bijzaken onderscheiden.
  • Je hebt een enthousiaste, onafhankelijke en positief-kritische houding.
  • Je beschikt over goede schriftelijke, sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je bent gemiddeld 16 tot 20 uur per maand beschikbaar, voornamelijk overdag.
  • Je kunt tijd vrijmaken wanneer actuele ontwikkelingen daarom vragen. De inzet laat zich combineren met een baan, maar vraagt goede planning en enige flexibiliteit.

We streven naar een cliëntenraad die verschillende achtergronden, leeftijden, ervaringen en perspectieven uit de samenleving weerspiegelt.
