Samen met je collega’s verleen je verpleegkundige zorg aan de oncologische patiënt. Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit van zorg, kunt klinisch redeneren en werkt nauwkeurig volgens vastgestelde richtlijnen en protocollen. Het welzijn en welbevinden van de patiënt en zijn familie staan centraal in je visie op zorg.

Jij....

  • coördineert de zorg rondom de patiënt en diens naasten in het gehele behandeltraject zowel op de dagbehandeling Oncologie als de klinische afdeling Oncologie. Daarnaast verricht je een deel van je werkzaamheden binnen het Borstkankercentrum, waar je actief betrokken bent bij het zorgproces
  • verleent specialistische zorg aan oncologische en hematologische patiënten inclusief de (na)zorg bij autologe stamceltransplantatie
  • werkt samen binnen het multidisciplinaire behandelteam.
  • zet je in voor de verdere ontwikkeling van het team en de afdeling en bent bereid, naast de dagelijkse taken, deel te nemen aan werkgroepen en projecten
  • begeleidt leerling verpleegkundigen en stagiaires en levert daarmee een bijdrage aan de ontwikkeling van het vakgebied
  • kunt goed reflecteren op eigen handelen, feedback geven en ontvangen
  • Je bent een BIG-geregistreerde verpleegkundige
  • Een afgeronde oncologie-opleiding of de bereidheid deze te volgen

Bij gebleken geschiktheid bestaat de mogelijkheid tot het volgen van de opleiding tot hematologie-verpleegkundige.
