Als Secretaris Medezeggenschap bij Tergooi MC zorg je ervoor dat alles achter de schermen bij de ondernemingsraad goed verloopt. Van het plannen van de vergaderingen tot het uitwerken van de actiepunten, dankzij jou kunnen de OR-leden zich volledig focussen op de inhoud. Je werkt nauw samen met het dagelijks bestuur van de OR

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

Organiseren en ondersteunen

  • Je bereidt vergaderingen voor, stelt agenda’s op en verzorgt de verslaglegging.
  • Je bewaakt acties, planningen en afspraken.
  • Je verzorgt de correspondentie en ondersteunt bij uiteenlopende organisatorische werkzaamheden.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat kennis en informatie behouden blijven. Ook wanneer OR-leden wisselen.

Verbinden en ontwikkelen

  • Je ondersteunt de OR bij beleidsmatige en organisatorische vraagstukken.
  • Je draagt bij aan de zichtbaarheid en communicatie van de OR binnen de organisatie.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met andere medezeggenschapsorganen en relevante stakeholders.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de OR professioneel, zorgvuldig en toekomstgericht kan functioneren.
  • Je volgt ontwikkelingen in wet- en regelgeving.
  • Opleiding op minimaal mbo-niveau 4 met eventueel een aanvullende opleiding, bijvoorbeeld een leergang Ambtelijk Secretaris
  • Kennis van medezeggenschap, arbeidsrecht, cao’s en de Arbowet is een pré
  • Ervaring met digitale systemen en werken in een moderne kantooromgeving.
  • Je bent in ieder geval beschikbaar op dinsdag en donderdag

Je bent communicatief en sociaal vaardig. Je werkt graag zelfstandig en gestructureerd, maar krijgt minstens zoveel energie van samenwerken. Omdat je met gevoelige informatie te maken krijgt, ben je uiteraard integer, discreet en betrouwbaar.
