The posting

Een kijkje achter de schermen op de operatiekamer, een dag meelopen met een verpleegkundige of het persoonlijke verhaal van een collega. Bij Tergooi MC zijn genoeg bijzondere verhalen te vertellen. En daar kunnen we jouw hulp goed bij gebruiken.

Tijdens deze stage draai je mee op de afdeling Marketing en Communicatie. Je krijgt de ruimte om zelf aan de slag te gaan, nieuwe ideeën uit te proberen en werk te maken dat echt wordt gepubliceerd.

Je houdt je vooral bezig met het maken van content voor onze social mediakanalen en arbeidsmarktcampagnes. Daarmee laten we zien wat werken bij Tergooi MC bijzonder maakt.

Concreet ga je onder andere:

  • Video's maken en monteren: je filmt collega's en maakt van interviews en ander beeldmateriaal korte, pakkende video's en reels.
  • Social mediacontent creëren: je bedenkt en maakt posts, foto's en andere content voor Instagram, Facebook en LinkedIn.
  • Op pad in het ziekenhuis: je bezoekt verschillende afdelingen, spreekt collega's en legt hun werkzaamheden vast.
  • Campagnes ondersteunen: je helpt bij het ontwikkelen van creatieve uitingen waarmee we nieuwe collega's bereiken.
  • Nieuwe formats bedenken: je volgt trends op social media, denkt mee over nieuwe ideeën en kijkt welke content goed werkt.
  • Je volgt een mbo- of hbo-opleiding in de richting van Media, Audiovisuele Productie, Creative Business, Communicatie, Marketing of een vergelijkbare opleiding.
  • Je hebt gevoel voor beeld en storytelling.
  • Je hebt al enige ervaring met videobewerking, bijvoorbeeld in CapCut of Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Je bent creatief, volgt ontwikkelingen op social media en weet wat mensen aanspreekt.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en stapt gemakkelijk op mensen af.
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig, enthousiast en staat open voor feedback.
  • Je zoekt een meewerkstage van minimaal 5 maanden, bij voorkeur 4 tot 5 dagen per week.
