The posting

Als regietechnicus zorg jij ervoor dat de gebouwgebonden installaties in ons ziekenhuis veilig en efficiënt gebruikt worden.

In deze functie ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor:

  • Drinkwaterbeheer (o.a. ultrafiltratie, legionellabeheer, rioleringsinstallaties etc.)
  • Gassen (medisch en niet medisch, incl. alle afnamepunten in het hele gebouw)
  • Gebouwen (o.a. verlichting en lift- en hijsinstallaties etc.)
  • Terreinen (ongediertebestrijding, gevels en wanden, gladheidsbestrijding, terreinonderhoud en bewegwijzering etc.)

Daarnaast draag je bij aan het beheer en onderhoud van alle gebouwgebonden installaties.

Kortom: als regietechnicus ben jij er verantwoordelijk voor dat het ziekenhuis 24/7 kan blijven draaien op 'jouw' installatie. Natuurlijk sta je er niet alleen voor: de storings- en onderhoudsmonteurs zijn jouw ogen en oren op het werk. Uiteraard ken je zelf ook je installaties door en door. Op die manier kun je goed conditierapportages opstellen, werkzaamheden controleren en verbetervoorstellen doen.

Onze afdeling bestaat uit een team van 5 installatieverantwoordelijken (de functie waar je op solliciteert), een maintenance engineer, 5 storings- en onderhoudstechnici, 4 huismeesters, 3 projectleiders (ver)bouw en 2 administratief medewerkers. Het team is hecht. We vallen voor elkaar in wanneer dat nodig is, helpen elkaar en houden van een lolletje. Werken in een ziekenhuis is erg leuk. Het is betekenisvol werk, je ziet altijd het resultaat van je werk en we hebben goede arbeidsvoorwaarden.

Ben jij op zoek naar een technische baan met afwisseling waarbij je tegelijkertijd een mooie bijdrage levert aan de ziekenhuiszorg? Dan is deze baan als regietechnicus iets voor jou!

  • Afgeronde technische opleiding op minimaal mbo 4 niveau, richting werktuigbouw
  • Bereidheid om (na een goed inwerktraject) enkele weken per jaar 24/7 bereikbaarheidsdiensten te draaien tegen een bereikbaarheidsdienstvergoeding conform cao
  • Kennis van en ervaring met legionellabeheer is een grote pre
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal (B2-niveau in spreken en schrijven)

Om als regietechnicus aan de slag te gaan zijn wij op zoek naar een collega met een passende opleiding en werkervaring als technicus, het liefst in een ziekenhuis maar dat is niet noodzakelijk. Wat we nog belangrijker vinden is dat je de juiste mentaliteit hebt. We spreken elkaar aan op verbeterpunten en nemen de feedback van elkaar serieus. Een goede match met je aanstaande collega’s vinden wij belangrijk. We proberen daarom snel een korte kennismaking in te plannen wanneer wij een mogelijke match zien. Aansluitend is er de mogelijkheid voor een rondleiding om een goede indruk te krijgen van jouw mogelijk toekomstige werkomgeving.
