Radno vrijeme:

  • Smjenski rad: jutarnja smjena (06–14h), popodnevna (14–22h) i noćna (22- 06h)

Što očekujemo?

  • Spremnost na učenje i razvoj (iskustvo u ovim poslovima je prednost, ali nije uvjet!),

  • Izražene komunikacijske vještine,
  • Sposobnost prilagodbe različitim situacijama,
  • Aktivno znanje engleskog jezika, poželjno osnovno znanje slovenski/njemački/talijanski,
  • Spremnost na rad u 3 smjene te vikendom i praznicima,
  • Vještinu rada na računalu,
  • Osiguran vlastiti prijevoz i smještaj,
  • Najmanje srednja stručna sprema, poželjno hotelijersko-turističkog usmjerenja

Vaši ključni zadaci:

✔ ljubazan doček gostiju i predstavljanje usluga (check-in), ✔ predstavljanje wellness ponude i briga o dobrobiti gostiju,

✔ davanje informacija o događanjima i ponudi u mjestu i okolici,

✔ završna obrada i naplata usluga (check-out),

✔ provedba standarda, uputa i normativa recepcijskog poslovanja
