Job Summary
This role is responsible for the creation, execution, and ownership of social media channels for all Rentokil Terminix brands. With the support of a team of marketing specialists, this role will align with internal stakeholders and marketing goals to increase engagement, reach, and customer acquisition through paid and organic efforts. This role will grow the brand via social media to be more engaged with current customers and attract potential customers.

- Manage content plans with internal and external colleagues
- Positively impact revenue with content generation strategies
- Support the broader digital marketing strategy with engaging and relevant content contributions
- Monitor market trends and adapt social strategy to trending content and platforms
- Lead a team of marketing specialists to support strategies and achieve growth goals
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Meets or exceeds growth targets for the social media channel including increased impressions, following, and engagement.
- Develops and implements social media initiatives to attract new and prospective customers via paid and non paid efforts.
- Understands and implements social media best practices and stays up-to-date on viral and trending social media content and platforms.
- Monitor algorithm and platform changes on major social networks, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
- Utilize social platforms to connect employees through encouraged engagement and brand ambassador programs
- Identify, vet and manage relationships with social media influencers and external brand partners.
- Experience with A/B testing and optimization of paid social media creative to improve performance and drive customer acquisition.
- Lead social listening strategy to leverage strengths and identify weaknesses of the brand, escalating issues to appropriate stakeholders.
- Understand the brand voice and represent the company professionally across social media platforms
- Deliver concise and literate reporting to key stakeholders, including performance, placement/partnership flight calendars,opportunity evaluations, and more. In addition to your channel-specific reporting, deliver integrated reporting with other channel managers.
- Manage and understand social management platforms such as HootSuite, Sprout Social, etc.
- Demonstrate the ability to develop direct reports and take an initiative to develop own leadership skills.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of successful experience managing social media to support brand growth, customer retention, and engagement goals
- History of continually making significant contributions to a marketing team vision & strategy.
- Deep hands-on experience with multiple industry-leading social media platforms and tools.
- Experience developing and managing successful social media influencer and brand ambassador campaigns.
- Proven experience in managing and forecasting a significant social media or marketing budget.
- Communicates effectively to all levels of internal audiences; drives communication cross-functionally.
- Demonstrated passion and experience in data-driven and consumer centric marketing.
- Strategic thinker and fast learner.
- Excellent partnership and collaboration skills.
- Strong project management and organization skills.
- Good understanding of digital and social media marketing.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with an ability to frame up succinct recommendations for leadership.
- Strong leadership ability and history of inspiring success in direct reports.
- Strong knowledge of analytics, reporting, and data management tools.

- Outstanding communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence at all levels with a range of internal and external stakeholders including customers, employees, trade unions, investors, analysts, regulators, government bodies and suppliers as required.

- Able to demonstrate high levels of drive, work ethic and personal accountability with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining sound judgement and a rigorous focus on the details.
Formal Education, Qualifications or Training
Bachelor’s Degree - Marketing, Communications, or related field
All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full time basis. No sponsorship is available now or in the future for this position.
Base Pay Range $103,500 - $130,000
While starting pay falls within the given range, it can vary based on factors like geographic location, skills, education, and experience. Total earnings may also be affected by overtime, incentives, commissions, performance, and route assignment (where applicable).
