Assistente Administrativo proativo e organizado para integrar nossa equipe. Você será fundamental para garantir a eficiência das rotinas financeiras, desde o controle de recebimentos até a gestão de pagamentos, contribuindo para a saúde financeira da empresa.

Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Gestão de Contas a Receber e Vendas:Extrair e verificar relatórios da Cielo para conferir as entradas diárias. Incluir os lançamentos da Cielo no sistema e verificar se todas as vendas estão corretas e cadastradas. Conferir notas de serviço e emitir o faturamento das contas a receber, detalhando os produtos. Acompanhar créditos em conta corrente e contatar clientes para dúvidas ou cobranças de atrasos. Manter o cadastro de clientes atualizado e pesquisar/informar o estado das contas. Acompanhar e/ou efetuar remessa e retorno de títulos para bancos, fornecendo instruções de cobrança. Analisar limites de crédito de clientes para aprovação da gerência. Efetuar o fechamento mensal dos recebimentos para envio à contabilidade e apresentar indicadores de cobrança para a diretoria.
  • Gestão de Contas a Pagar e Fornecedores:Atualizar o Contas a Pagar do dia no Siagri e extrair relatórios da filial para conferência. Entrar em contato com fornecedores para solucionar erros de pagamento ou negociar abatimento de valores por mercadorias com defeito. Verificar contas a pagar vencidas.
  • Processamento e Controle de Notas Fiscais:Dar entrada em notas fiscais no Siagri, incluindo notas de serviços administrativos. Cadastrar produtos no sistema e realizar pedidos de correção de notas fiscais para fornecedores. Realizar a confirmação de notas fiscais no sistema.
