RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the intake point for store requests and customer complaints related to the web experience, from site bugs to menu discrepancies.
  • Triage and log each request, keep the requester updated on status, and confirm the issue is resolved.
  • Escalate site bugs, complaints, and menu issues that go beyond routine maintenance to the Senior Marketing Coordinator or Marketing Manager.
  • Route discount and promotion requests to the Promotions Coordinator.
  • Identify patterns across requests and complaints and share them with the Marketing Manager.
  • Open support tickets with ecommerce and web providers, including Dutchie, Jane, and web developers, and manage each ticket from start to resolution.
  • Submit clear bug reports with steps to reproduce, screenshots, and expected results, then follow up and verify fixes once released.
  • Maintain a ticket log with status, owner, and resolution for every open issue.
  • Support scheduled QA of the website and ecommerce menus on desktop and mobile, led by the Senior Marketing Coordinator, documenting bugs, broken links, and layout or checkout issues.
  • Verify fixes after updates and report results to the Senior Marketing Coordinator and Marketing Manager.
  • Cross-train on Jane Ecommerce and provide backup for Jane menu maintenance and fixes.
  • Support the setup and ongoing monitoring of site analytics, such as GA4 and Google Search Console, as directed.

  • Provide coverage during vacations and escalations as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1 to 3 years of cannabis industry experience, such as inventory management, menu or ecommerce support, or cannabis retail operations.
  • Experience with data entry, platform support, or compliance.
  • Dutchie POS experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience maintaining a product catalog, menu, or inventory data is a plus.
  • Comfortable learning new software quickly; Dutchie Ecommerce and Jane training provided.
  • Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets for menu audits and product lists, including sorting, filtering, and comparing lists.
  • Strong written communication and proofreading skills for editing product copy.

  • Highly detail-oriented, with a methodical approach to audits and verification.
  • Comfortable with consistent, high-volume tasks and able to stay accurate over time.
  • Eager to learn and take on new tools and responsibilities as the role grows.
  • Customer service mindset, with the patience and follow-through to handle store and customer complaints.
  • Organized and able to prioritize multiple requests and escalate issues appropriately.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Must pass a background check per applicable state cannabis regulations.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
