About the Mission TerraByte Green is a non-profit startup based in North Carolina, focused on the intersection of digital equity and environmental sustainability. We manage e-waste responsibly by refurbishing technology to bridge the digital divide.

The Big Picture This is a fully remote internship, though candidates based in North Carolina, especially those local to our operating area, are preferred. You will work directly with our Founder and CEO to maintain and grow the Salesforce systems that track our workforce programs and participants. This is a hands on opportunity to build real CRM and data management experience while directly supporting program reporting for our Board of Directors.

What You Will Do

  • Maintain and update participant tracking systems in Salesforce
  • Build and run reports on program outcomes for board and leadership review
  • Help clean and organize existing data to improve accuracy and usability
  • Support the development of new Salesforce workflows as programs expand
  • Learn Salesforce administration fundamentals including fields, objects, and reporting tools

Requirements & Onboarding

  • North Carolina residency preferred, open to fully remote candidates
  • Commitment of 5 to 10 hours per week for a 3 month internship
  • No prior Salesforce experience required. We are looking for reliability and curiosity over existing skill
  • Reports directly to the Founder and CEO
