At Terracon, quality, integrity, and doing what’s right for our people are core to everything we do. Solving building issues and restoring value for our clients is key to this role.

If you’re looking for a career-defining opportunity with room to grow and challenging work alongside a collaborative team within a company that continues to prosper for our employee-owners, we’d love to connect.

  • Lead multidisciplinary building engineering teams (junior through senior staff) and coordinate personnel, equipment, and technical experts to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Supervise and mentor junior and/or less-experienced staff; cross-train team members on structural services as needed.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
