Sua missão:

Sua missão será apoiar a equipe técnica nas atividades relacionadas às soluções de Agricultura de Precisão, contribuindo para o atendimento aos clientes, identificação de necessidades, acompanhamento de demandas e suporte às operações.

Você terá contato com produtos, tecnologias e processos relacionados à Agricultura de Precisão, desenvolvendo conhecimento técnico e contribuindo para a qualidade das entregas aos nossos clientes, revendas e parceiros.

Responsabilidades e atribuições:

  • Auxiliar no atendimento online e presencial, oferecendo suporte aos clientes em demandas relacionadas aos produtos e soluções de Agricultura de Precisão;
  • Apoiar a equipe técnica na identificação e resolução de problemas;
  • Realizar acompanhamento de solicitações e demandas técnicas;
  • Auxiliar na instalação, configuração, testes e/ou manutenção de equipamentos e soluções, conforme orientação da equipe responsável;
  • Realizar registros e acompanhamentos das atividades em sistemas e ferramentas da empresa;
  • Auxiliar na utilização, limpeza, organização, manutenção, conservação e guarda de máquinas, equipamentos, materiais, ferramentas e da estrutura física da empresa, zelando pela adequada utilização e conservação dos recursos e do ambiente de trabalho.

Competências Desejáveis:

  • Interesse ou conhecimento em Agricultura de Precisão;
  • Facilidade para aprender novos produtos, sistemas e tecnologias;
  • Perfil técnico e raciocínio lógico;

  • Dinamismo e capacidade de lidar com diferentes demandas;
  • Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e sob supervisão;

  • Equilíbrio e tranquilidade para lidar com diferentes situações e demandas do dia a dia.
  • Experiência anterior com atendimento ao cliente ou suporte técnico.
  • Experiência em agricultura de precisão, operação e manutenção de máquinas agrícolas.

Pré requisitos:

  • Ensino Médio Completo;
  • CNH categoria B;
  • Conhecimento básico em informática;
  • Familiaridade com máquinas agrícolas e ferramentas;
  • Capacidade de seguir orientações e procedimentos com atenção aos detalhes;
  • Disponibilidade para viagens.

Remuneração:

  • CLT (Efetivo)
  • De segunda à sexta-feira.
  • Salário compatível com a função.
